Mike McLean

Mike is the Founder of Exec Assignments (EA) and EA Projects. He has been driven over his 25 years career to recruiting excellence for his Global technology clients that has provided them the ability to deliver incremental success and fuel growth.

He has a deep understanding of how hiring the ‘right team’ is critical to the success of a company and has personally been involved in 2 start ups that has exited successfully.

Mike is also motivated to making a difference in his community and is an active member & Trustee of his church that has initiated programmes for the education of children, alleviation of poverty and helping mental health challenges. Whatever time that remains is dominated by his son’s passion for anything ‘Star Wars’ including many Lightsaber battles.

Maurizio is a dynamic and inspiring global leader with a demonstrable track record in successfully transforming and driving growth in Cloud/Tech based organisations. Having enjoyed a highly successful and decorated career with Oracle his last role as SVP for Services in EMEA and JAPAC.

He is currently engaged with Exec Assignments in a non-executive capacity helping EA clients put in place operational/sales strategies for growth. He is passionate about helping clients maximise their business value in a fast changing world.
